For Your Kiddos

Kiddos Camps create magical childhood memories through engaging, safe, and fun programs. We transform summer into an extraordinary journey of learning and growth.

Kiddos Camps create magical childhood memories through engaging, safe, and fun programs. We transform summer into an extraordinary journey of learning and growth.

Our counselors are energetic, CPR/First Aid certified, and love working with kids. We maintain low counselor-to-camper ratios around 1:10 for excellent supervision and mentorship. Many of our staff are year-round Kiddos teachers who continue the Kiddos culture of intentional kindness and safety into the summer.

What Makes Kiddos Camp the best Camp For Your Kiddos?

A DAY IN THE LIFE AT KIDDOS CAMP

Low TechHigh Activity!

Highly Trained & Loyal Staff

We go above and beyond to keep campers safe on every adventure. From our certified 66-passenger camp bus with a professional driver to detailed safety briefings before each activity, your child’s well-being is our top priority. We carry first aid kits everywhere and have emergency plans in place for all trips. Our goal: get your kiddo back home dirty and healthy each day!

Kiddos Camps are not just about keeping kids busy – they’re about helping kids grow. We emphasize teamwork, leadership, and intentional kindness at camp. Whether it’s helping a friend across a tough obstacle or cheering each other on at the talent show, campers practice being good friends and community members. We find that by summer’s end, kids leave with higher self-esteem and new leadership skills, along with great stories to tell.

With 500+ activities planned throughout the summer, boredom is not an option! Even if a camper attends every week, each session will introduce new games, themes, and projects. One week might be “Space Week” with rocket builds, another “Wild West Week” with a hoedown, etc.

A Focus on Safety

Character & Confidence Building:

Non-StopVariety

From epic water slide Fridays to creative theme days and field trips that make jaws drop, Kiddos delivers nonstop smiles and excitement. Your child will try new things, make new friends, and come home each afternoon happily exhausted from adventure.

Our camp culture is inclusive and upbeat. Counselors lead team-building games and “get-to-know-you” activities so that by week’s end, campers have made new friends and feel like part of the Kiddos camp family. We emphasize kindness and helping others, so it’s a welcoming place for newcomers each week. Younger campers look up to the older ones, and older ones learn to be role models.

Serious Fun!

(Seriously!)

Community

+ Friendship

The ability for kids to choose their activities is empowering and keeps them enthusiastic. If your child loves art, they can do lots of art; if they’re sports-crazy, they’ll get their fill – and we’ll also encourage them to try new things in a supportive way.

We handle the fun and the mess! All you have to do is drop-off with sunscreen on and a lunchbox in hand. We’ll take care of the rest – and your child will come home happily worn out, usually ready for an early bedtime (you’re welcome!).

CampersChoice

Kiddos Day Camp is..

9:00am

Morning Pep Start:Campers arrive in the carpool or drop-off line by 9:00 AM (earlier if in Before Camp). They’re greeted by high-energy counselors ready to start the fun. We kick off with some free play on the playground or gym to warm up those muscles.

9:15am - 10:15am

Specials Hour:Each week, campers select a Special – a cool project or skill they’ll work on a bit each day, Monday through Thursday. Specials could be things like “Music Video Production,” “Nature Explorers,” “Cooking/Baking,” or “Sports Training.” For one hour each morning (~9:15–10:15), campers break into their Special groups and dive into hands-on projects building toward an end-of-week goal or showcase. Specials give kids a sense of accomplishment and deeper engagement in something they love.

A one-time, non-refundable registration fee of $50 per camper is required to secure your spot (covers administrative setup, camp t-shirt, and supplies). This is paid once for the summer, regardless of the number of weeks/sessions. If your child also attends our after-school or ELC, this fee is separate for summer programming.

After CampCamp day ends with carpool at 2:30 PM, but for those staying, After Camp runs until 6:00. After Camp is a more relaxed extension of the day – we have snacks, then let campers unwind with choice activities and games, often indoors to beat the afternoon heat. It’s a nice wind-down time where kids of different groups mingle and play in a less structured way, supervised by our team.

Activity PeriodsAfter Specials, the core of our day is a series of five activity periods (about 40 minutes each) extending into the early afternoon. Before each period, all campers come together and our staff announce the six exciting activity choices available for that period. Campers then get to choose which activity they want to do. We might offer: Sports (like soccer, gaga ball, or relay races), Creative Arts (painting, tie-dye, jewelry making), Performing Arts (theater games, dance), STEM(science experiments, LEGO challenges), Outdoor Adventure (nature walks, scavenger hunts, water play), and Miscellaneous Fun (board games, storytelling, etc.). With five periods a day, campers rotate through a huge variety of activities – and they have agency to follow their interests. No two days are the same!

Lunch & HydrationMidday we take a break for lunch around 11:45 AM. Campers bring their own peanut-free lunch from home, and we all picnic together (lemonade and water provided). Counselors sit with the kids to keep the friendly, inclusive vibe going. We make sure everyone stays hydrated – water bottles and shade breaks are a must in the Atlanta summer heat.

Fun Fridays Each Friday afternoon, we amp up the excitement with special all-camp events. One of our staples is the giant water slide – an 18-foot inflatable water slide that turns our field into a mini water park! We also host a Friday Pep Rally and Showcase, where campers from each Special or activity get to show off what they’ve done (sing a song, display art, perform a skit, etc.). It’s a confidence booster and a celebration of everyone’s achievements. Parents are invited to attend the Friday showcase/pickup to cheer on the campers. Needless to say, Fridays are a blast and often end with campers (and counselors) not wanting to leave!

APPLY FOR A SCHOLARSHIP

We believe every child should have the chance to go to camp. Through partnerships and fundraising, we offer a limited number of scholarship spots each summer for families with financial need. These are typically partial scholarships (covering a portion of tuition) awarded on a first-come, first-considered basis. If you could use assistance, please apply for a scholarship or contact us for the simple application form. We consider income and any special circumstances, and handle all inquiries confidentially. The deadline for scholarship applications is usually in April.

Compares

to Kiddos

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable camp experience for everyone, please take note of our key policies and some tips for parents. (Our full camp handbook will be provided after registration, but here are the highlights.)

We expect campers to abide by the Kiddos Way even in summer – being kind, inclusive, and respectful. Bullying or harmful behavior is not tolerated. If a camper struggles with behavior, we’ll work with them and their parents on improvement. Consistent issues or dangerous behavior (especially on trips) may result in dismissal without refund, for the safety of all. Thankfully, our campers are generally wonderful! We set a positive tone and they rise to it.

During camp hours, our directors carry a camp phone. You’ll have that number to reach us in case of urgent messages. We send daily updates via our parent app or email, often with fun photos so you can see what the kids are up to. On any field trip that returns later than normal pick-up, we send a notification when we’re on the way back to ease any worries. Transparency and communication are key to our parent partnership.

Day Campers should bring a labeled backpack with a water bottle, lunch (peanut-free), and a change of clothes (especially for younger ones or water play days). Sturdy play shoes (sneakers) are best – no flip-flops except on water days. Adventure Campers will receive a detailed pack list for each trip (e.g., swim suit and towel on pool days, long pants for horseback riding, etc.). We provide all specialized gear (life vests, helmets...), but you’re welcome to bring personal equipment if applicable (like your own life vest) – just coordinate with us. Don’t forget sunscreen and bug spray applied in the morning; we’ll help reapply as needed.

Morning drop-off runs 7:45–9:00 AM. We’ll have staff curbside to greet you. If you arrive after 9, please escort your child to the sign-in area to ensure they join their group. Afternoon pick-up for Day Camp is 2:30 (or by 6:00 if in aftercare). For Adventure Camp, pick-up is 2:30 most days, with a couple of extended days (~5:30 PM) – those will be clearly scheduled so you can plan. Always sign out your camper with a staff member. If someone else is picking up, you must inform us – ID will be required.

Campers will receive a Kiddos Camp t-shirt. For safety on field trip days, Adventure Campers are required to wear their camp t-shirt (it helps us easily spot our group). Day Campers should also wear the camp shirt on Fridays or special event days. Otherwise, comfy play clothes that can get dirty are the way to go!

Camp runs rain or shine. We have indoor activities ready for stormy days, and we monitor weather closely for outdoor trips. If dangerous weather (like lightning) interrupts a trip, we have backup indoor destinations or will reschedule as needed. In extreme weather events, we’ll notify you of any schedule changes. Safety is always the priority, but a little rain won’t stop our fun – we’ll just dance in it (unless it’s a thunderstorm).

Plans

We take Atlanta heat seriously. Campers get water breaks at least every 30-45 minutes. We encourage hats for sun, and we keep to shade or indoors during peak sun when possible. Our schedule may adjust on extremely hot days – e.g., more water play or indoor rotations to stay cool. Safety first, fun second!

Once camp is in session, we generally cannot refund for missed days due to illness or absence, since staffing and trip costs are pre-arranged. If your child has to miss a large portion due to medical reasons, talk to us; we’ll try to find a fair solution (credit for future programs, etc.). Our aim is to be reasonable – we know things happen.

All medication (daily meds or emergency inhalers/EpiPens) must be checked in with our camp nurse or director. We carry required medications on relevant trips and ensure proper administration per your instructions. Minor scrapes and bumps will be treated on site (you’ll get an incident note). If anything more serious occurs, we will contact you immediately and, if needed, arrange medical care as outlined in our emergency plan. We are proud of our safety record – and we plan to keep it that way.

We love capturing the joy of camp! We often post photos on our private Facebook/Instagram for parents (only first names, no tags). If you prefer your child not be photographed, let us know on your registration form. Otherwise, enjoy the snapshots of their fun – and feel free to share with family and friends to show what your awesome kiddo is doing this summer!
